Refund and Returns Policy

At Montblanc Refinement, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free refund and return policy. Please read through the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process for returns or refunds.

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item, which are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@montblancrefinement.com or call us at (920) 293-4673 to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returned items.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@montblancrefinement.com or (920) 293-4673. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please provide photos of the damaged item and a description of the issue when you contact us.

6. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale or clearance and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout. Please carefully review your purchase before completing the order.

7. Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care products
  • Jewelry (unless defective)
